Tenant Application information
Prior to submitting an application to rent one of our fantastic rental homes, please review a copy of our sample lease Here and applicant criteria Here and submit any questions to the assigned property manager BEFORE you apply.
To apply for one of our properties by hand, please download the application Here, fill out the required information, and submit the signed application and criteria along with a copy of your photo ID and last 6 paystubs to the assigned property manager.
NOTE: The $60 per adult application fee must be submitted via cashier's check or money order before your application will be reviewed.

To apply for one of our properties online, please follow these steps:
- Search for the property below by typing the street name into the "Location" search box.
- Once you have located the property, click the "Detail" tab to view the related property information.
- Then, click "Apply Online" to navigate to the application for the property.
- Fill out the required application information and follow the instructions for paying the $60 per adult application fee.
- Email or fax us a copy of your driver's license and last 4 paystubs. Property Manager emails can be located Here or these documents can be faxed to (813) 949-0176.
NOTE: Be sure to include the property address and Property Manager name on all faxed documents to ensure timely review of your application.
